Peapack Private names Paul Kotronis as senior CRE director

Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) announced the appointment of Paul Kotronis as Senior Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate at Peapack Private Bank & Trust.
Kotronis brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience, including roles at Signature Bank, where he managed a $5 billion commercial real estate portfolio and originated more than $4 billion in multifamily and commercial real estate loans. He also previously held a position at A&E Real Estate Finance, where he helped launch a commercial real estate debt fund platform, and held roles at Santander Bank and New York Commercial Bank.
In his new role, Kotronis is expected to support the bank's commercial real estate lending platform and deposit growth across the New York and New Jersey markets.

Kotronis holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hunter College.
Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation, founded in 1921 and headquartered in Bedminster, N.J., reported total assets of $7.7 billion and assets under management and/or administration of $13.1 billion as of March 31, 2026.
