Patria Investments Limited (NASDAQ: PAX) announced the creation of a global chief operating officer position and appointed Nikitas Psyllakis to the role as part of a corporate restructuring initiative.

Psyllakis joins Patria as a partner and will report directly to CEO Alex Saigh. He will oversee finance, funds, technology, legal and compliance, risk management and internal audit functions. The appointment comes as the alternative asset manager implements a new corporate structure designed to support its global operating model.

Psyllakis brings over 20 years of financial services experience from DWS Group, where he led strategic planning, operational transformation and regulatory initiatives. He will be based in London and serve on the management committee.

The company also announced leadership changes in its finance function. Chief Financial Officer Ana Russo, who has served in the role since October 2022, will step down in April 2026 to pursue advisory and non-executive roles. Raphael Denadai, currently partner and CFO of portfolio management, will succeed Russo as CFO effective April 2026.

Denadai has over 25 years of experience in financial and strategic planning across Latin America and Europe. In his current role, he oversees finance-related areas across Patria's private equity and infrastructure portfolios. Upon assuming the CFO position, he will join the management committee and report to Psyllakis.

Patria manages over $51 billion in assets and operates as a middle market alternative asset manager with a focus on Latin America and Europe.
