Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) announced that Matt Ofilos will resign as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 6, 2026, to pursue another professional opportunity. The company stated his departure is not the result of any disagreement with the company over its operations, policies, or practices.

Parsons' Board of Directors has appointed George Ball, a current board member and former CFO, to serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer starting November 6, 2026, while the board searches for a permanent replacement.

Ball previously served as Parsons' CFO from 2008 to 2022 and joined the board following his retirement from that role. He joined the company in 1995 and held various financial and operational leadership positions before becoming CFO. He also played a role in Parsons' initial public offering in 2019.

Carey Smith, Chair, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Parsons, said: "We are pleased to welcome George back as Interim Chief Financial Officer. George's deep understanding of Parsons, our customers, employees, and strategic priorities will support an orderly transition as we remain focused on disciplined execution and delivering on our corporate strategy."

Separately, Parsons reported third-quarter 2026 results and reaffirmed the midpoint of its fiscal year 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance ranges, while narrowing those ranges and reiterating its operating cash flow guidance.
