Park Aerospace names Constantine Petropoulos as CFO

Park Aerospace Corp. (NYSE: PKE) has elected Constantine "Gus" Petropoulos as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, according to a company statement.



Petropoulos previously served as the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Capital Markets Officer since January 2026, and before that as Senior Vice President-Administration and General Counsel from February 2025 to January 2026. He will continue to report to Brian E. Shore, Park's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.



Before rejoining Park Aerospace in February 2025, Petropoulos was a Partner at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed, a New York law firm, from May 2021 to July 2024. He also previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Park Aerospace from September 2014 to May 2021.



Earlier in his career, Petropoulos held legal roles at Scientific Games Corporation, Coca-Cola HBC SA in Greece, and the New York law firm Latham & Watkins. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Government from Saint Lawrence University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.



Park Aerospace develops and manufactures advanced composite materials for the global aerospace industry, including film adhesives and lightning strike protection materials.
