PagerDuty names Callum Eade as VP of Asia Pacific sales

PagerDuty Inc. (NYSE: PD) appointed Callum Eade as vice president of Asia Pacific sales, the digital operations management company announced.

Eade will lead PagerDuty's expansion in the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on bringing the company's Operations Cloud and incident management solutions to customers across the region.

"We are thrilled to appoint Callum as vice president, Asia Pacific Sales since he brings a wealth of enterprise sales relationships and years of experience growing this region," said Jennifer Tejada, chairperson and CEO of PagerDuty.

Eade brings more than 20 years of enterprise technology leadership experience from companies including Citrix, VMware, and UiPath. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Lincoln University.

"It is an incredibly exciting time to be at PagerDuty as I'm dedicated to ensuring teams are empowered to deliver value at every stage of the customer journey," Eade said. "Leading the Asia Pacific team as we help our customers transform their digital operations is both a privilege and a responsibility I deeply value."

The appointment comes as PagerDuty continues its regional growth strategy. The company operates an AI-powered platform for digital operations management and incident response.

PagerDuty will host workshops in Melbourne on November 25 and Sydney on November 26 focusing on AI agents and automation in operational processes.
