PTC Inc. (NASDAQ: PTC) announced Jennifer DiRico will join as executive vice president and chief financial officer effective January 1, 2026. DiRico will succeed Kristian Talvitie, who will continue serving as CFO through December 31, 2025.
DiRico currently serves as chief financial officer at Commvault, a cyber resilience company. She previously held finance and operations leadership roles at Toast, where she contributed to the company's initial public offering and led its international business expansion as general manager.
"Jen has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams through periods of transformation and growth," said PTC President and CEO Neil Barua in a statement. "This track record, together with her leadership at the intersection of finance and operations, will be invaluable to PTC as we advance our Intelligent Product Lifecycle vision."
DiRico expressed enthusiasm about joining PTC, stating the company "has a leading portfolio of product lifecycle software solutions and plays a critical role in its customers' digital transformations, from the world's largest, most complex organizations to the fast-growing startups redefining industries."
The appointment follows what PTC described as a thorough executive search process. The company also affirmed its full fiscal year 2026 and first fiscal quarter guidance as previously announced on November 5, 2025.
Before joining Commvault in 2024, DiRico spent nearly a decade at Toast in senior finance and operating positions. She previously held finance roles at Nuance Communications and Passkey International.
PTC is a Boston-based software company that provides digital transformation solutions for manufacturers and product companies. The company employs over 7,000 people and serves more than 30,000 customers globally.
