Owens Corning names Jonathan Collins as new CFO

Owens Corning (NYSE: OC) announced that Jonathan Collins has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 10, according to a company press release.
Collins succeeds Todd Fister, who moves into the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. Fister had previously held dual responsibilities as Chief Financial and Operating Officer. Both Collins and Fister will report to Chair and Chief Executive Officer Brian Chambers.
Collins joins Owens Corning from Clarivate, where he served as CFO since 2021. Prior to Clarivate, he held the CFO role at Dana Incorporated, where he oversaw financial, information technology, corporate strategy, and business development functions. He also spent six years at ProQuest as CFO and Vice President of Global Financial Operations. Collins holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Cedarville University.
Chambers said in the statement, "Jonathan is an experienced public company CFO with a track record of delivering strong results and leading high-performing teams. He will bring valuable perspective as we continue to advance our strategy."
Owens Corning is a building products company headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, with businesses in roofing, insulation, and doors serving primarily residential markets in North America and Europe.
