Orrstown Financial Advisors hires Matthew Alpert as chief wealth officer

Orrstown Financial Advisors, a division of Orrstown Bank, appointed Matthew Alpert as executive vice president and chief wealth officer effective January 5, 2026, according to a company statement.
Alpert will lead the firm's wealth management and trust operations. He previously held senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo, where he managed teams serving high-net-worth individuals and families.
"We are thrilled to welcome Matt to our leadership team," said Adam Metz, Orrstown Bank's chief operating officer. "His proven track record in team leadership and client-first approach align perfectly with our mission to deliver personalized, high-quality financial advice and trust services."
Philip Fague, chief trust officer, stated that Alpert's experience in developing teams and fostering collaboration will support the company's service expansion efforts.
Orrstown Financial Advisors oversees more than $3 billion in investments. The company is part of Orrstown Bank, which was established in 1919 and is headquartered in central Pennsylvania.
