OneSpan names Shaun Bierweiler as chief revenue officer

OneSpan Inc. (NASDAQ: OSPN) announced the appointment of Shaun Bierweiler as chief revenue officer. Bierweiler will oversee the company's global revenue organization, including sales, marketing, channels, customer success, and revenue operations.

Bierweiler brings over 20 years of experience in security, software-as-a-service, networking, and data-driven businesses. He most recently served as chief revenue officer at Everfox, where he led global revenue and customer success operations following the company's separation from Forcepoint.

Prior to Everfox, Bierweiler held the chief revenue officer position at Riverbed, where he managed the company's transition from hardware-focused offerings to a software-as-a-service platform. He also served as senior vice president and general manager at Cloudera, leading the company's public-sector division after its $5.6 billion merger with Hortonworks.

Earlier in his career, Bierweiler held senior sales and business development roles at Red Hat and Raytheon.

OneSpan provides authentication, identity verification, electronic signature, and digital workflow solutions. The company serves global enterprises, including more than 60% of the world's 100 largest banks, processing millions of digital agreements and billions of authentication transactions across more than 100 countries annually.
