Omnicell names Baird Radford as CFO effective August 2025

Omnicell Inc. (NASDAQ: OMCL) announced the appointment of Baird Radford as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 26, 2025. Radford will succeed Nchacha Etta, who will step down from the role and remain with the company in an advisory capacity through November 2025.
Radford brings more than 30 years of finance experience in healthcare and technology companies. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Allakos Inc., a biotechnology company developing therapeutic antibodies, where he led strategic and operational finance activities and investor relations.
Prior to Allakos, Radford served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Aimmune Therapeutics Inc., which Nestle Health Sciences acquired in late 2020. He also held the CFO position at HeartFlow Inc., an AI health-tech company, where he managed finance and investor relations and helped raise capital for operations and growth. His career includes leadership roles at Intuitive Surgical Inc., eBay Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Radford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University. Fort Worth, Texas-based Omnicell provides pharmacy automation and medication management solutions to healthcare facilities.
