OfficeMax Incorporated (NYSE: OMX) today announced that Ryan Vero, executive vice president and chief merchandising officer, will be leaving the company effective December 2, 2011. Michael Lewis, executive vice president and president of retail, will continue to provide oversight to the marketing and merchandising teams.
