OKYO Pharma director buys 3,500 shares at $1.40 each

Gary S. Jacob, Chief Development Officer and Director of OKYO Pharma Limited (NASDAQ: OKYO), purchased 3,500 ordinary shares of the company on the Nasdaq at $1.40 per share, according to a press release statement.
The transaction brings Jacob's total holdings in the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company to 112,420 ordinary shares.
OKYO Pharma is developing therapies for neuropathic corneal pain and anterior segment eye diseases. The company said it plans to initiate a global Phase 3 clinical trial in the second half of 2026, enrolling approximately 111 patients to evaluate a single-dose regimen of urcosimod for the treatment of neuropathic corneal pain.
