North American Construction Group names Brad Rogers as new CEO

North American Construction Group Ltd. (TSX: NOA, NYSE: NOA) announced the appointment of Brad Rogers as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director, effective December 1, 2026.



Rogers brings more than 30 years of experience in mining, mining services, industrial services, engineering, infrastructure development, and corporate finance. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Jupiter Mines, an ASX-listed manganese mining company, a position he has held since August 2022. Before that, he served as CEO and Managing Director of Bis Industries Limited, a provider of production services to the mining and industrial sectors in Australia and Indonesia, a role he assumed in 2015 after joining the company in 2008.



Rogers holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University in Western Australia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is also a Chartered Accountant.



Martin Ferron, Chair of the Board, said the appointment followed a global search process conducted over several months with the assistance of an executive recruitment firm. Ferron also acknowledged outgoing CEO Barry Palmer for leading the company during the search period.



Rogers will join the company's board of directors on the same date as his appointment. His predecessor, Barry Palmer, served as CEO during the search process for his replacement.



North American Construction Group, based in Acheson, Alberta, provides heavy civil construction and mining services across Australia, Canada, and the U.S.
