Nixxy appoints Julia Yu as chief financial officer

Nixxy Inc. (NASDAQ: NIXX) appointed Julia Yu as chief financial officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement. The appointment concludes a prior CFO consulting arrangement with Adam Yang.



Yu brings more than two decades of finance leadership experience across public companies and technology enterprises. Her background includes SEC reporting, IPO and SPAC readiness, public company compliance, audit oversight, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.



She previously served as CFO and executive board director for public companies and technology firms. Earlier in her career, Yu held senior finance roles at ExxonMobil and Unilever. She has worked with companies including AWS, Stripe, NVIDIA, IBM, and Visa on various initiatives.

Yu holds CPA, MBA, CIA, and CGMA designations and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. Her thought leadership has been featured in Fortune, and she mentors founders through Techstars and Startupbootcamp.
