Nidec CEO Mitsuya Kishida resigns, new president appointed

Nidec Corporation (OTC: NJDCY) announced that Mitsuya Kishida resigned as Representative Director and President Chief Executive Officer, effective September 29, 2026.

At an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held on the same date, the board resolved to appoint a new President and a new Representative Director, and to nominate a candidate for Director. The announcement did not name the incoming CEO or other newly appointed officers.
