Nexxen (NASDAQ: NEXN), the advertising technology company, announced three executive appointments on Aug. 12, 2026, reorganizing its commercial leadership team.

Chance Johnson, who previously served as Chief Commercial Officer, has been appointed President. In his new role, Johnson will focus on client and partner relationships and will work alongside Chief Executive Officer Ofer Druker, who is based in New York.

Kara Puccinelli, formerly Chief Customer Officer, moves into the Chief Commercial Officer role. She will lead Nexxen's enterprise business unit, which includes the company's omnichannel demand-side platform, its proprietary audience insight targeting solution called Discovery, and TV Intelligence, the company's data solution for TV targeting and measurement.

Kenneth Suh retains leadership of Nexxen's exchange and media business under the title of Chief Business Officer. His responsibilities include Connected TV, the Nexxen TV Home Screen product, and mobile in-app advertising.

"The Nexxen team has been hard at work developing a unified platform with proprietary data and exclusive media at its core, and we have crossed the threshold where its value only compounds," said CEO Ofer Druker. "Chance Johnson was critical to Nexxen's arrival at this juncture, and he is the right person to articulate and communicate our next commercial phase."

Nexxen is headquartered in Israel and maintains offices across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
