NextSource Materials CFO Jaco Crouse resigns for new role

NextSource Materials Inc. (TSX:NEXT)(OTCQB: NSRCF) announced that Chief Financial Officer Jaco Crouse has resigned to accept a senior position with another organization. Crouse will remain with the company for up to four months to facilitate an orderly transition of responsibilities.



Crouse has served as CFO since 2024, during which time he contributed to the company's financial discipline and capital markets activities. The Toronto-based battery materials company stated it is working with external advisors to search for a new CFO while establishing interim arrangements.



"On behalf of the Board and management team, I would like to thank Jaco for his contribution and commitment during a critical period of growth and transformation for NextSource," said Hanré Rossouw, President and CEO.



NextSource Materials develops graphite mining and processing operations, including the Molo graphite project in Madagascar and Battery Anode Facilities for battery material production. The company has executed a multi-year offtake agreement with Mitsubishi Chemical Corp of Japan and is developing its first Battery Anode Facility in the UAE.



The company stated it remains focused on advancing its Battery Anode Facility development and progressing toward a Final Investment Decision as part of its integrated battery materials strategy.
