NeuPath Health names new CEO, reports preliminary 2025 revenue growth
NeuPath Health Inc. (TSXV: NPTH) announced Stephen Lemieux will become chief executive officer on April 1, 2026, succeeding Joseph Walewicz as part of a planned leadership transition.
Walewicz will remain on the company's board of directors and continue in a consulting role. Lemieux currently serves as president and returned to the healthcare company in May 2025, bringing over 20 years of finance and operations experience including previous CFO roles in public healthcare companies.
The Toronto-based company also promoted Sandee Dela Cruz to chief information officer effective January 1, 2026. Dela Cruz joined NeuPath in 2024 as vice president of information technology and has more than 20 years of technology experience.
NeuPath released preliminary financial results for 2025, projecting total revenue between $86 million and $88 million compared to $72.8 million in 2024. The company expects adjusted EBITDA of $5.6 million to $6.0 million for 2025, up from $3.8 million in the previous year.
The company plans to announce audited year-end results on March 26, 2026.
NeuPath operates healthcare clinics in Ontario and Alberta focused on chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries and concussion treatment. The company also provides workplace health services and independent medical assessments through a national network of healthcare providers.
