Nature's Sunshine appoints Erich Fritz as supply chain executive

Nature's Sunshine Products Inc. (NASDAQ: NATR) appointed Erich Fritz as Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain, effective December 8, 2025. Fritz will report to Chief Executive Officer Ken Romanzi.
Fritz brings over 40 years of executive experience in operations, supply chain and business development. His background includes roles at Wyandot Snacks, B&G Foods, Ocean Spray Cranberries, POM Wonderful, Naked Juice and Nabisco.
At his most recent position as Chief Operating Officer at Wyandot Snacks, Fritz served on the Board of Directors and led operational strategies to improve infrastructure and efficiency. Previously, as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at B&G Foods, he oversaw supply chain operations for more than 50 brands across nine manufacturing facilities.
During his tenure at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Fritz led manufacturing operations across twelve facilities and spearheaded the design and construction of what the company describes as North America's largest Ocean Spray beverage plant.
Fritz holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from St. Mary's College of California and has been named as inventor on several patents related to food and beverage processing.
"His deep expertise in building high-performing supply chains, along with his commitment to operational excellence, will be instrumental as we continue to transform our capabilities and expand our global footprint," said Romanzi in a statement.
Nature's Sunshine manufactures and distributes nutritional and personal care products in more than 40 countries. The Lehi, Utah-based company operates its own manufacturing facilities.
