Nasus Pharma names Eyal Rubin as CFO and executive vice president

Nasus Pharma Ltd. (NYSE: NSRX) announced the appointment of Eyal Rubin as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focuses on developing intranasal products for emergency medical conditions.

Rubin brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. He will oversee the company's financial operations, including corporate finance, financial planning, capital strategy, and investor relations.

Previously, Rubin served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc., where he led financial operations, strategy, and capital markets activities. He also held CFO positions at BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics, Inc. and served as Vice President and Head of Corporate Treasury at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.

Rubin holds a BA in Business Management from the College of Management Academic Studies, Israel, and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Bar-Ilan University, both summa cum laude.

Nasus Pharma develops intranasal powder products for acute medical conditions. Its lead candidate, NS002, is an intranasal powder epinephrine product being developed as a needle-free alternative to epinephrine autoinjectors for patients with anaphylaxis. The company's proprietary powder-based intranasal technology uses uniform spherical powder particles designed for rapid drug delivery through the nasal cavity's vascular network.
