Nasus Pharma CFO departs, interim replacement named
Nasus Pharma Ltd. (NYSE American: NSRX) announced that Chief Financial Officer Eyal Rubin is leaving the company to pursue an opportunity outside the life sciences industry. Rubin's last day is set for September 18, 2026.
Oren Elmaliach, the company's Director of Finance, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer. Elmaliach has been with Nasus Pharma since its founding and holds a certified public accountant designation with more than 15 years of financial experience, including work with public and private life sciences companies and within U.S. public markets and financial reporting.
"While I am disappointed that Eyal will be leaving Nasus, I am excited for him as he takes on a new challenge and opportunity," said Brendan O'Grady, Chief Executive Officer of Nasus Pharma. "I also congratulate Oren Elmaliach as he assumes the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer."
Udi Gilboa, Chairman of the Board of Directors, noted that Rubin "played an important role in our transition as a public company and in building the financial foundation for our next stage of development."
