Nano Dimension names John Brenton as new CFO

Nano Dimension Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNDM) announced that Assaf Zipori will step down as Chief Financial Officer effective November 1, 2025, according to a company statement.



The company's Board of Directors has appointed John Brenton, currently Vice President of Global Finance and Corporate Controller, to succeed Zipori in the CFO role on the same date. Zipori will work with Brenton to ensure a transition.



Brenton brings over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and corporate control functions. He previously worked at Markforged for approximately five years before joining Nano Dimension following its acquisition of Markforged, where he held senior finance leadership positions.

Zipori stated it had been "a privilege to serve as CFO of Nano Dimension" and expressed confidence in the leadership team's ability to drive the company's continued success.



Brenton said he was "excited to step into the CFO role at such an important time for Nano Dimension" and looks forward to working with the global team to strengthen financial performance.



Nano Dimension provides digital manufacturing solutions to defense, aerospace, automotive, electronics and medical device industries. The Waltham, Massachusetts-based company trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker NNDM.
