Mono, a Minneapolis-based creative agency and part of Stagwell Inc. (NASDAQ: STGW), has appointed Jane Delworth as president, effective immediately, according to a press release from the company.

Delworth joins Mono's executive leadership team alongside Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Gorder and Chief Creative Officer and Founder Chris Lange. In her new role, she will oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and the account management, project management, social media, and talent disciplines.

Delworth brings more than 20 years of agency experience. Most recently, she served as EVP of client leadership at Dentsu Creative, where she managed relationships with Clorox, General Mills, Honeywell, and Lowe's Home Improvement. She also previously led strategy and consulting engagements for Netflix, Adidas, and Walmart.

Delworth previously spent nearly a decade at Mono, first as group account director in Minneapolis, where she led the Apple account for more than five years and was involved in winning the Target account. She later served as managing director of Mono's San Francisco office, which she said reached profitability within two years, working with clients including Google, Stanford Healthcare, and The North Face.

"Jane has spent more than two decades building the teams and client relationships that unlock breakthrough work, and she knows Mono from the inside out," said Gorder.

Her appointment follows Gorder's own return to Mono as CEO in April 2026, his second tenure at the agency after previously spending 12 years there, including as chief growth officer. Gorder succeeded Jim Scott, Mono's co-founder, who stepped back to focus on lecturing at the University of Minnesota.
