Mineros vice president of legal and sustainability to step down

Mineros S.A. (TSX: MSA, OTCQX: MNSAF, BVC: MINEROS) announced that Ana Isabel Gaviria will resign from her position as Vice President Legal and Sustainability, effective November 30, 2025.

Gaviria served in the role for more than 15 years at the Colombian gold mining company. The company stated her tenure contributed to its growth and strategic objectives.

"We are deeply grateful to Ana Isabel for her invaluable contribution to Mineros for more than 15 years. Her professionalism and deep expertise in the legal and sustainability areas have left an indelible mark on our Company," said David Londoño, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mineros has initiated a search for a successor to fill the position. The company's legal and management teams will assume Gaviria's responsibilities until a permanent replacement is appointed.

Mineros operates gold mines in Colombia and Nicaragua, with additional development and exploration projects throughout Latin America. The company is headquartered in Medellín, Colombia.
