MindWalk names R. Scott Areglado as CFO, board member resigns

MindWalk Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: HYFT) appointed R. Scott Areglado as chief financial officer, effective October 20, 2025. The bio-native AI company also announced board changes following its annual shareholder meeting.



Areglado brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, and technology sectors. He previously served as CFO of BrainsWay Ltd. (NASDAQ: BWAY), where he led eight consecutive quarters of revenue growth, and at iCAD, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICAD), where he led financings totaling more than $50 million.



"Scott's extensive experience leading financial strategy for high-growth, publicly traded healthcare and technology companies makes him an ideal addition to our executive team," said Dr. Jennifer Bath, MindWalk CEO.



At BrainsWay, Areglado helped redefine corporate strategy while enhancing financial discipline and transparency. During his tenure at iCAD, he executed strategic partnerships and supported acquisitions that advanced the company's product portfolio.



Areglado holds an MBA from Babson College and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Earlier in his career, he held senior financial roles at AMICAS, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMCS) and other technology companies.



MindWalk also reported results from its 2025 Annual General Meeting held October 9, 2025. Dr. Jennifer Bath, Jon Lieber, and Dirk Witters were elected to the board of directors, and Davidson & Company LLP was re-appointed as auditor.



Board member Kamil Isaev resigned after receiving approximately 32% of votes in favor of his re-election, with 68% withheld. The board accepted his resignation immediately and initiated a search process for his replacement.



The company will file complete voting results on SEDAR+ and Form 6-K with the SEC, according to the press release.
