MindMaze Therapeutics Holding SA (SIX: MMTX) appointed Zach Henderson as chief executive officer, the company announced. Henderson joins the Geneva-based brain technology company as it focuses on expanding its commercial presence in the United States.

Henderson brings over 30 years of healthcare technology experience to the role. He previously served as chief commercial officer at Rune Labs and chief executive officer of PKG Health, where he worked on commercializing AI-driven solutions for chronic conditions including Parkinson's disease.

"MindMaze has built the industry's most rigorous clinical foundation. Our mission now is to translate that scientific leadership into widespread market adoption," said Walid Hanna, chairman of the board, according to the press release.

The company develops platform-based digital treatments for neurological conditions using software, sensors, and data analytics. Its FDA-cleared and CE-marked neurotherapeutics target stroke, Parkinson's disease, and other brain disorders.

Henderson stated his focus will be on addressing healthcare capacity challenges in neurological care. "By digitizing the neuro-restorative journey, we are providing a scalable solution to a global shortage of specialized care providers," he said in the announcement.

As part of the leadership changes, Alexandre Capet has been named chief operating and strategy officer while continuing as a member of the company's executive committee.

MindMaze Therapeutics provides neurotherapeutic solutions designed to address what the company describes as a shortage of specialized clinicians in neurological care. The company's platform offers treatment options spanning hospital, outpatient, and home-based therapy settings.
