McChip Resources names Zachary Goldenberg as new CEO

McChip Resources Inc. (TSXV: MCS) announced that Richard (Bo) McCloskey has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Director, effective Aug. 7, 2026, after approximately 50 years with the company.
Zachary Goldenberg has been appointed as CEO and Director, also effective Aug. 7, 2026. Goldenberg is the Principal of Liberty Venture Partners, a Toronto-based investment and advisory firm. He holds a combined Juris Doctor and Honours Business Administration degree from Western Law and the Ivey Business School, and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He also serves on the TSX Venture Exchange's Ontario Advisory Committee.
McChip's board and management now consists of Goldenberg as CEO and Director, Carlo Rigillo as CFO and Corporate Secretary, and Grant Duthie and Ed Dumond as Directors.
McChip is a Canadian natural resource company incorporated in 1935 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Its shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MCS.
