Mastech Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MHH) today announced that Thomas Moran has resigned as President, and Chief Executive Officer and as a director to pursue other opportunities.
Sunil Wadhwani, co-founder of Mastech and Co-Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, will serve as the Company's interim Chief Executive Officer until a permanent replacement is found.
