MNTN (NYSE: MNTN), a Connected TV advertising technology platform, has appointed Frank Lee as Senior Vice President of Agency Partnerships. Lee previously served as Global Head of Independent Agencies at Snap.
In his new role, Lee will lead MNTN's agency business, with a focus on expanding its agency ecosystem and deepening relationships with independent and holding company agencies.
Lee brings more than 25 years of experience across search, social, ecommerce, and Connected TV. At Snap, he oversaw independent agency partnerships across the U.S. and Europe. He also co-founded and led RealEyes Digital as CEO until its 2024 acquisition by AdMax Local, where he then served as President. "The best agencies are always looking for the next competitive edge for their clients," said Mark Douglas, President and CEO of MNTN. "Frank has spent his career helping agencies stay ahead of where advertising is going, and now he's joining us to lead the next chapter of our agency business."
The hire follows recent additions to MNTN's leadership team, including Chief Revenue Officer Garland Hill and Global Head of Premium Content Peter Blacker, according to the company's press release.
