Jones will oversee LoanCare's technology and digital strategy, including AI-related initiatives. She brings more than 20 years of experience in technology roles across the mortgage, financial services, and healthcare industries.
Jones spent more than 15 years at Wells Fargo, including five years as a technology executive in home lending servicing. Most recently, she served as vice president of customer technology and experience at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
Dave Worrall, president of LoanCare, said Jones "has a proven ability to work across business functions, apply emerging technologies, and translate enterprise priorities into better outcomes for clients and borrowers."
