Lingerie Fighting Championships Inc. (OTCID: BOTY) appointed Jared St. Laurent as president, the company announced. St. Laurent previously served as chief operating officer of Major League Wrestling.

In his new role, St. Laurent will oversee event production, talent acquisition, sponsorship development and international expansion initiatives for the all-female sports entertainment league.

"Saint Laurent's leadership experience and deep understanding of the fight entertainment business make him an ideal addition," said LFC CEO Shaun Donnelly in a statement.

During his time with Major League Wrestling, St. Laurent worked on expanding the promotion's television and digital platform presence while developing its live event operations. His background includes experience in talent development, media rights and brand expansion.

St. Laurent said he plans to focus on growing the brand and showcasing talent to a global audience. The company reports 5.5 million online followers and 300 million monthly views across its platforms.

The appointment comes as LFC continues developing new events and international showcases, including its "Queen of the Cage" talent search program. St. Laurent is expected to make his first on-camera appearance as president during the company's July 4th event.

LFC operates as a digital-first media business with revenue streams from advertising, streaming, live events and subscriptions. The company distributes content across streaming platforms in 180 countries.
