Lightwave Logic names Fred Graffam as CFO
Lightwave Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: LWLG) has appointed Fred Graffam as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.
Graffam brings more than 20 years of finance experience, including multiple public company CFO roles. He most recently served as CFO of Fidium, formerly Consolidated Communications, where he helped lead the company's sale in December 2024. Previously, he served as CFO of Ascent Capital Group and its subsidiary Monitronics International, doing business as Brinks Home Security. He also held a senior vice president role at DigitalGlobe, where he was involved in that company's sale to MacDonald Dettwiler. Earlier in his career, he held finance roles at Level 3 Communications and Comcast Corporation, and began his career at Deloitte.
In his new role, Graffam will oversee financial operations, reporting, capital allocation, and investor relations.
Snizhana "Ana" Quan, who has served as Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer since January 2026, will remain with the company as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller.
