Latham Group names Todd Antonelli as chief commercial officer

Latham Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWIM) announced the appointment of Todd Antonelli as Chief Commercial Officer, according to a company statement released Aug. 18, 2026.

Antonelli brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership experience in building products. He most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer of Cabinetworks Group, where he led a commercial transformation across retail sales, dealer and distributor channels, customer service, and sales operations.

Before Cabinetworks Group, Antonelli spent nearly a decade at Marvin Windows & Doors, last serving as Senior Vice President of Sales. During his tenure, the company saw revenue nearly triple over five years.

In his new role, Antonelli will oversee Latham's commercial strategy and sales organization, with a focus on customer relationships and go-to-market execution.

Sean Gadd, President and Chief Executive Officer of Latham, said the appointment is tied to the company's growth strategy, which includes growing its core business, accelerating conversion from concrete to fiberglass pools, advancing its autocover business, and pursuing acquisitions.

Antonelli holds a Master of Business Administration from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Chico.

Latham Group is headquartered in Latham, N.Y., and employs approximately 1,900 people across around 40 locations in North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
