Lanvin Group names Xi Luo as chief financial officer

Lanvin Group (NYSE: LANV) appointed Xi Luo as chief financial officer effective June 1, 2026, according to a company statement. Luo will oversee financial affairs including planning, accounting, treasury, and investor relations.



Luo brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, investment, and capital markets. He previously served as CFO of Fosun Capital, where he managed financing, investment exits, and capital management. Before joining Fosun Capital in 2021, he held senior finance positions at Shiheng, We Doctor, and Alibaba Group's Cainiao Network.



Earlier in his career, Luo worked at KPMG in the UK, China, and the United States, focusing on audit, financial due diligence, and cross-border transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Manchester, UK, and is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

In connection with Luo's appointment, Andy Lew will cease serving as interim CFO on June 1, 2026. Lew will continue as Executive President and retain his other positions within the company and its subsidiaries.



Lanvin Group manages luxury brands including Lanvin, Wolford, Sergio Rossi, and St. John Knits. The company is headquartered in Shanghai, China and Milan, Italy.
