Laird Superfood names Mark Johnson as CFO, effective Oct. 2026
Laird Superfood, Inc. (NYSE American: LSF) has appointed Mark Johnson as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Johnson will report to Chief Executive Officer Jason Vieth and will serve as the company's principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.
Johnson joins Laird Superfood from Tropicana Brands Group, where he served as Vice President of Finance for North America. He previously held the role of Vice President of Commercial and Supply Chain Finance at Champion Petfoods, and also held finance leadership positions at Danone/WhiteWave Foods and The Pepsi Bottling Group. He holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
Vieth said Johnson's operating finance background in food and beverage will support the company as it integrates recent acquisitions and pursues profitable growth.
