LPL Financial names Ilan Davidovici executive vice president

LPL Financial LLC (NASDAQ: LPLA) appointed Ilan Davidovici as executive vice president of Corporate Strategy, the wealth management firm announced. Davidovici will lead the Corporate Strategy team and work across the organization to define long-term vision and evaluate growth opportunities.

Davidovici brings over 20 years of financial services experience to the role. He previously served as principal and general partner at Edward Jones, where he led client and branch experience management. Before that, he held senior leadership positions at Salesforce, where he launched the company's wealth and asset management offering globally, and at Deloitte Consulting, leading transformation programs for financial institutions.

Earlier in his career, Davidovici co-founded Citadel Trust Advisors, a wealth and trust administration firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in speech communications, marketing and business studies from the University of Texas and completed international business studies at Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

"Ilan's deep expertise in strategy, digital transformation and client experience will be instrumental as we advance our long-term vision and accelerate enterprise growth," said Marc Cohen, LPL's chief growth officer.

Davidovici will be based in LPL's New York office. LPL Financial supports over 32,000 financial advisors and approximately 1,100 financial institutions, servicing about $2.3 trillion in brokerage and advisory assets for approximately 8 million Americans, according to the company's press release.
