Krispy Kreme names two internal executives to C-suite roles

Krispy Kreme, Inc. (NASDAQ: DNUT) has appointed Suk Nicholas as Chief Commercial Officer and Lori Suess as Chief People Officer, both effective August 3, 2026, according to a company statement.
Nicholas, who has been with Krispy Kreme for more than 15 years, joined the company's U.K. and Ireland operations in 2010 before moving to its global team in 2023. In her newly created role, she will lead the company's fresh delivery business in the U.S. and internationally and oversee enterprise sales strategies. Suess joined Krispy Kreme in 2020 and was named Head of People & Culture earlier this year. As Chief People Officer, she will oversee global people, culture, talent development, and employee engagement efforts.
Both appointments are internal promotions. CEO Josh Charlesworth said of Nicholas: "She is a growth-oriented leader with deep commercial expertise and a proven track record of delivering results." Of Suess, he said: "Her promotion reflects the strong leadership she brings to our organization and her deep commitment to our Krispy Kremers."
Charlesworth added that the promotions "reflect our commitment to developing talent from within and strengthening the leadership team as we continue executing our strategy to drive sustainable, profitable growth."
Krispy Kreme is headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., and operates in more than 40 countries.
