Kohl's names Arianne Parisi to newly created CCO role

Kohl's (NYSE: KSS) has named Arianne Parisi as its Chief Customer Officer, a newly created position reporting to CEO Michael J. Bender, according to a company statement.
Parisi, who has served as Kohl's Chief Digital Officer since 2025, will oversee marketing, brand and creative, loyalty, personalization, media, and digital commerce, including Kohls.com and the Kohl's App. The role consolidates marketing and digital functions under a single leader.
Before joining Kohl's in 2025, Parisi served as global chief digital officer at JD Sports Fashion. She also held digital leadership roles at The Finish Line and Nordstrom, and merchandising roles at The Sports Authority. She has more than 20 years of retail experience.
Separately, Kohl's said Chief Marketing Officer Christie Raymond will leave the company in September after nine years of service. Bender thanked Raymond for her contributions to customer insights, strategy, and identifying new opportunities.
