Kish Bancorp names permanent CFO after interim period
Kish Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: KISB) has appointed Tina M. Collins as permanent Chief Financial Officer of Kish Bancorp and its subsidiary Kish Bank, effective immediately, according to a press release from the State College, Pennsylvania-based company.
Collins had served as interim CFO since October 2025 following a public recruiting search. She joined Kish Bank in 2019 and previously held the role of SVP, Accounting and Controls Director, where she oversaw financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and asset/liability management. Collins has more than 30 years of experience in community banking, with prior roles at Riverview Bank and CBT Bank. She holds a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
"During her tenure as interim CFO, Tina has shown strong leadership in helping Kish build out its Finance team and will provide essential continuity for the CFO position," said Gregory T. Hayes, President and CEO.
The company also announced the hiring of Sean Rainey as Controller, succeeding Collins in that role. Rainey most recently served as Senior Accounting Manager at Nikon SLM Solutions, where he oversaw North American accounting operations. He previously held accounting and finance roles at GE Healthcare, KCF Technologies, and Rex Energy Corporation. Rainey holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Juniata College.
Kish Bancorp operates 21 Kish Bank locations across several Pennsylvania counties and northeastern Ohio.
