Kinaxis names Herb Yeh as CFO and chief strategy officer
Kinaxis Inc. (TSX: KXS) has appointed Herb Yeh as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, effective July 27, 2026, according to a press release from the Ottawa-based supply chain software company.
Yeh will oversee the company's global finance organization and corporate strategy operations, including Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Development.
Yeh brings more than 25 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience. He most recently served as Senior Managing Director at Evercore, where he led the firm's technology strategic advisory practice with a focus on software. Prior to that, he held the roles of Global Co-Head of Technology Investment Banking and Vice Chairman of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory at Citi. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and began as a corporate and securities lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.

Kinaxis also announced it will report second-quarter 2026 financial results after market close on August 5, 2026, with an earnings conference call scheduled for August 6, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
