Kinaxis Inc. (TSX: KXS) announced that Chief Financial Officer Blaine Fitzgerald will step down from his role on May 8 to pursue a career opportunity with a private company outside the supply chain software sector.

Fitzgerald will remain with the Ottawa-based supply chain orchestration company through the first quarter 2026 earnings call to facilitate a transition. The company said it will begin searching for a new CFO immediately.

"We are grateful for Blaine's leadership and contributions over the past six years. He has played a key role in strengthening our financial foundation, building out the financial leadership team, and advancing our AI strategy," said Chief Executive Officer Razat Gaurav in a statement.

Fitzgerald joined Kinaxis six years ago and oversaw the company's financial operations during a period of growth. "During my time at Kinaxis, we've accelerated growth, achieved record profitability, and built strong business momentum," Fitzgerald said.

The company provides supply chain management software through its AI-powered platform called Maestro. Kinaxis serves global brands with supply chain planning and orchestration services ranging from strategic planning to delivery operations.

The executive departure comes as the company reported strong financial performance, according to the press release statement. Gaurav indicated that the senior leadership team remains positioned to continue operations during the CFO transition period.
