J.B. Hunt names Brad Delco as chief financial officer

J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. (NASDAQ: JBHT) announced that Brad Delco has been named Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance, effective September 1.

Delco previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance at the Arkansas-based transportation company. He joined J.B. Hunt in 2019 and has overseen investor relations activities, corporate development, financial planning and analysis, and environmental, social and governance strategies.

"Brad's deep background in finance and capital markets, coupled with his transportation industry knowledge, continues to fuel our financial strategy as we look toward disciplined future growth and greater returns on our strategic investments," said Shelley Simpson, president and CEO.

Before joining J.B. Hunt, Delco worked for 14 years at Stephens Inc., a privately-owned investment banking and financial services firm, in corporate finance and equity research roles covering the transportation industry.

The company also announced that John Kuhlow will serve as Chief Accounting Officer, focusing on financial management and regulatory compliance.

J.B. Hunt describes itself as one of the largest supply chain solutions providers in North America. The company's stock trades on NASDAQ and is a component of the S&P 500 and Dow Jones Transportation Average.
