Ispire Technology names Steven Przybyla president, adds to CLO role

Ispire Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: ISPR) has appointed Steven Przybyla as president, effective immediately, while he retains his existing roles as chief legal officer and secretary, the company said in a press release.



Przybyla, who has served as chief legal officer and secretary since September 2023, will lead investor communications and work alongside the chief executive officer and chief financial officer on investor relations matters. He has more than 10 years of experience in nicotine and tobacco product regulation.



Before joining Ispire, Przybyla served as general counsel, corporate secretary, and subsequently president of hemp/cannabis at 22nd Century Group Inc. from July 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, he was president of the medical division at Jushi Inc. from 2018 to 2020, general counsel at Dent Neurologic Group LLP from 2016 to 2018, and general counsel at Seneca Development Corporation from 2015 to 2016. He holds an economics degree from Washington & Lee University and a law degree from Columbia Law School.



Przybyla has also served as Ispire's chosen board member and corporate secretary for its IKE Tech joint venture from April 2024 to July 2026, and remains corporate secretary for that entity. IKE Tech is developing biometric age-verification, product authentication, and compliance enforcement technology for regulated nicotine markets.

Ispire is engaged in the research, design, commercialization, and distribution of e-cigarettes and cannabis vaping products, with operating subsidiaries holding or licensing more than 400 patents worldwide.
