Ipsos names Kelly Beaver as new chief executive officer
Ipsos has appointed Kelly Beaver as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, following a unanimous decision by the company's Board of Directors on July 30, 2026.
Beaver succeeds Jean Laurent Poitou, who is leaving the company to focus on personal projects. The board acknowledged Poitou's contributions, including the launch of the Horizons strategic plan and a related reorganization carried out during his tenure.
Beaver joined Ipsos in 2011 and has held several roles within the group, including Head of UK Public Affairs and CEO for the UK and Ireland from 2021. Most recently, she served as Chair of Ipsos' Global Healthcare Service Line. Before joining Ipsos, she worked as an economist and consultant at PwC and Coffey International Ltd.
She holds an Honorary Fellowship from the Market Research Society and has received recognition from ESOMAR. In June 2022, she was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to research.
Board President Laurence Stoclet said in the statement that Beaver "was identified as part of the succession plans developed by the Board" and that she "will continue to implement the Horizons plan and accelerate the Group's growth."
Beaver is scheduled to address markets on September 14, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. CET.
Ipsos is listed on Euronext Paris (ISOS.PA) and operates in 90 markets with nearly 20,000 employees.
