Integrated Quantum names Jeremy Samuelson as CTO, grants equity awards
Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. (CSE: ICS) (OTCQB: IGCRF) (FSE: Y4G), operating as Integrated Quantum Technologies, has appointed Jeremy Samuelson as Chief Technology Officer. Samuelson succeeds Anita Oehley, who is stepping down from the role and will continue with the company as an advisor.
Samuelson will retain his position as Executive Vice President, AI & Innovation while taking on the broader CTO responsibilities. The company says he has been involved in developing its VEIL platform and the recently announced MASQ platform.
Samuelson has held senior AI leadership positions at Equifax and Mastercard and has nearly 20 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics, according to the press release.
Gustin Prudner, Head of Engineering and a former Vice President of Engineering at Equifax, will continue leading the company's engineering organization.
Alongside the leadership announcement, the company disclosed the grant of 3,620,000 restricted share units and 850,000 stock options to certain eligible participants, including a director and an officer. The options carry an exercise price of $0.75 per share and are exercisable for a period of two years. Vesting schedules vary, with portions vesting immediately, monthly over one year, or on the four-month anniversary of the grant.
