Integrated Quantum names Anita Oehley as chief technology officer

Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. (CSE: ICS) (OTCQB: IGCRF) (FSE: Y4G), operating as Integrated Quantum Technologies, appointed Anita Oehley as chief technology officer, the company announced February 5.

Oehley will lead technology strategy, platform architecture and enterprise adoption for the company's AIQu and VEIL platforms. She brings nearly 25 years of experience in enterprise-scale technology organizations and previously served as Global Customer Innovation Leader for AWS Marketplace.

"Anita brings a rare combination of strategic vision and deep operational experience building trusted platforms at global scale."

The Vancouver-based company develops quantum-ready AI infrastructure for organizations handling sensitive data. Its AIQu platform serves as the foundation for privacy-preserving AI systems, while VEIL protects sensitive AI data and workflows in enterprise environments.

Integrated Quantum also renewed its digital marketing services agreement with Native Ads Inc. for an initial six-month term with a budget of $175,000. The company retains the option to extend the agreement for an additional term at up to $175,000.

The company announced management changes, with Kevin Thomas concluding his contract as Chief Marketing Officer and Jeri Dunn resigning from the board of directors.
