Ingredion names Diego Reynoso as CFO, effective October 2026

Ingredion Incorporated (NYSE: INGR) announced the appointment of Diego Reynoso as chief financial officer, effective October 1, 2026, according to a company press release.
Reynoso will report to Jim Zallie, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and will serve on the executive leadership team. His responsibilities will include leading the finance organization and contributing to capital allocation, growth strategy, and integration efforts.
Reynoso joins Ingredion from Boston Beer Company, where he held the role of chief financial officer, overseeing finance, investor relations, information technology, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise strategy. Before that, he held financial, commercial, and operational roles at Tyson Foods, Constellation Brands, Beam Suntory, Danone, and Procter & Gamble.
Reynoso holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Mexico and an executive master's degree in business administration from Universidad Panamericana, both in Mexico.
Ingredion, headquartered in Westchester, Illinois, reported annual net sales of approximately $7.2 billion in 2025 and serves customers in more than 120 countries.
