ImmuCell names Olivier te Boekhorst as CEO, adds board members

ImmuCell Corporation (NASDAQ: ICCC) announced that Olivier te Boekhorst began serving as president and CEO on November 1, 2025, replacing Michael F. Brigham. The Portland, Maine-based animal health company also appointed te Boekhorst and Timothy C. Fiori to its board of directors on October 29, 2025.
Fiori, who joined ImmuCell as CFO in April 2025, will also serve as treasurer and secretary. The company stated Fiori brings 24 years of finance and commercial operating experience in the livestock industry. Brigham will remain on the board and serve as special advisor to the CEO until January 2026.
ImmuCell develops, manufactures and markets products for dairy and beef cattle health. The company produces First Defense, a product for newborn calves, and is developing Re-Tain, a treatment for subclinical mastitis in dairy cows.
