Immix Biopharma shares fall 13% after executive arrested as fugitive

Shares of Immix Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMMX) fell more than 13% during intraday trading on July 20, 2026, after a report revealed that a company executive had been arrested as a long-sought fugitive.
According to a report by STAT News, Ronald Fischer, 70, a former anesthesiologist who disappeared in 2005 while on trial for first-degree sexual assault, had been working as an executive at Immix Biopharma. Federal and Rhode Island authorities arrested Fischer after tracking and boarding a 56-foot sailboat off the coast of New Jersey.
Kehoe Law Firm, P.C., a Philadelphia-based plaintiff-side law firm, stated it is investigating potential securities fraud claims on behalf of Immix Biopharma investors in connection with the news.
