Ichor Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: ICHR) announced that CEO Jeff Andreson and the board of directors have agreed to a transition plan that will see Andreson step down once a successor is identified.
The semiconductor equipment company said its board will engage a search firm to find Andreson's replacement. Andreson will remain as CEO during the search process and will serve as executive advisor through August 2026 to assist with the transition.
Andreson has served as CEO since 2020 and has been with the company for eight years. During his tenure, Ichor completed five acquisitions and expanded its operations beyond the semiconductor industry.
"Throughout my years at Ichor and since becoming CEO in 2020, we have witnessed a significant transformation of the company into a diversified leader in fluid delivery," Andreson said in the press release.
Board Chairman Iain MacKenzie said the company is seeking a leader with experience operating at scale and executing growth strategies. He credited Andreson with guiding the company through acquisitions and recapitalization during challenging market conditions.
Ichor designs and manufactures fluid delivery subsystems and components for semiconductor capital equipment. The Fremont, California-based company also serves defense, aerospace and medical industries with products including gas and chemical delivery systems and precision-machined components.
